Is-sinjal għal SALA FI SPTAR jew WARD għandha tlett partijiet. (i) L-ewwel isir is-sinjal għal KAMRA. Iż-żewġ idejn jieħdu l-forma ta’ 1 fuq quddiem. Il-pala tal-id tħares ’il barra. Il-werrej ta’ id imiss mal-werrej tal-id l-oħra. L-idejn jitbiegħdu laġenba u lura u jiffurmaw linja b’angolu rett. Imbagħad jerġgħu jimxu lejn in-nofs sakemm jiltaqgħu. (ii) Imbagħad isir is-sinjal għal RAQAD. L-idejn jieħdu l-forma ta’ 5 u jitqiegħdu pala ma’ pala fil-ġenb tar-ras waqt li r-ras tmil fuqhom. (iii) Fl-aħħar isir is-sinjal għal SPTAR b’id waħda li tieħu l-forma ta’ 5 mgħawġa bil-ponot tas-swaba’ jmissu ’l xulxin. L-id titqiegħed l-ewwel fuq naħa imbagħad fuq in-naħa l-oħra taħt l-ispalla.
The sign for WARD has three parts. (i) First, the sign for ROOM is made with both hands that take the shape of 1 at the front. The palms face outwards. The index fingers touch each other and then move to the side and then backwards, forming a right angle, then back to the middle until the index fingers meet again. (ii) Then the sign for SLEEP is made. The hands take the shape of 5 and are placed palm to palm at the side of the head which leans over them. (iii) Finally, the sign for HOSPITAL is made with one hand in the shape of curved 5. The hand is first placed on one side and then on the other side below the shoulder.
